We take pride in our handmade gems and crystals, crafted with care just for you. Because each piece is unique, please read our return policy carefully:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature, slight variations in color, size, and shape are normal and not considered defects.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at Jdminerals24@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
